Joint discomfort – total score (WOMAC)
Clinical data indicate that FWRD® supplementation is associated with statistically significant changes in overall joint discomfort scores from Day 28, as assessed by the WOMAC total score.
In the supplemented group, a 46% change versus baseline was observed after 28 days, compared with placebo conditions.
Knee stiffness & Physical function
The stiffness subscale reflects how joint stiffness affects daily activities.
- After 16 days of supplementation, clinically relevant changes in knee stiffness scores were observed, with a 46% change versus baseline in the supplemented group.
The functional subscale evaluates the impact of joint discomfort on everyday movements and activities.
- After 16 days of supplementation, clinically relevant changes in knee‑related physical function scores were observed, corresponding to a 37% change versus baseline.
