Careflow® - Microcirculation

Careflow® is a patented, organic and standardised mango fruit powder shown to support normal blood flow and microvascular function. Through activation of key metabolic enzymes such as eNOS and SIRT1, Careflow® helps promote normal endothelial activity and microcirculation. Supported by both acute and chronic published clinical trials. 100 mg/day.

Careflow® - Key features

  • Patented, organic, and standardised mango fruit powder
  • Activates SIRT1 and eNOS, key metabolic enzymes
  • Helps support normal blood flow and healthy microcirculation
  • Demonstrates microcirculation benefits from the first intake
  • Improved microvascular function after one month of supplementation

Science supporting Careflow®

Careflow® acts by modulating SIRT1 and activating eNOS, two key enzymes involved in endothelial function and nitric‑oxide–mediated microvascular regulation. Its ability to support healthy blood flow and microcirculation has been demonstrated in both acute and chronic gold‑standard clinical trials.

Characterisation

Careflow® is a standardised whole fruit powder of mango Mangifera indica L. obtained from the subspecies Totapuri (a.k.a. Kili-Mooku). It is cultivated in the Tamil Nadu region of India, at a specific degree of maturity, when the content of secondary plant compounds is high.

Microcirculation

Relative blood flow is a recognised parameter used to assess microcirculation in acute clinical studies.

In an acute study setting, changes in relative blood flow were observed following intake of Careflow®, compared with baseline measurements. The time course of these changes was assessed up to 6 hours after intake, within the study conditions.

At a daily intake of 100 mg, an increase in relative blood flow compared with baseline was reported in the study population.

Vascular function

Reactive hyperaemia flow (RH‑flow) is commonly used to evaluate microcirculation in long‑term clinical studies.

After 4 weeks of supplementation with 100 mg of Careflow®, changes in RH‑flow and microvascular responsiveness were observed, compared with baseline values, as measured within the clinical study framework.

Careflow® is safe.

No adverse event linked to Careflow® supplementation has been recorded.
